Yes. All our natural diamonds are IGI certified and sourced from conflict-free regions.
Yes. Every piece is BIS Hallmarked — gold purity and weight are stated and visible to the naked eye. Every natural or lab grown diamond above 1 carat carries its own IGI certificate. For jewellery set with diamonds under 1 carat, we provide one IGI certificate for the whole piece, detailing every stone's specifications.
Every design on our site can be ordered in either. The prices shown are for lab grown diamonds — natural diamond pricing varies too widely to display upfront, so we consult with you directly to select stones that fit your needs.

Our online pricing calculator for custom pieces. Enter your jewellery type, gold purity and weight, and stone details, and it returns an indicative price instantly, assuming E/F colour, VVS–VS clarity lab grown diamonds. Your final order is priced at live gold and diamond rates on the day, not the calculator's estimate.

Since most orders (aside from Ready to Ship pieces) are made to order, the final price is confirmed once the piece is complete — the amount quoted upfront is an estimate that can vary by ±5%, depending on the exact gold and diamond used. You can either pay the full amount on our website, with any balance or refund settled once the order is ready, or contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email to pay 50% upfront and the rest on completion.
Because the order is made to order, the exact gold and diamond weight is only finalised once the piece is complete — this can shift the estimate by ±5%. We refund the difference or request the balance accordingly.
Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in 3–4 days. Made-to-order pieces take 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity — we'll keep you updated throughout.

Every order is fully insured, so you're covered against loss or damage in transit. We'll work with our courier partners to resolve it quickly, and offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
